Aggregate means national-level or more detailed and on an annual basis or better. Standard examples of relevant pollutants would be: carbon monoxides, nitrogen oxides, particulate matter etc.

According to the Department of Environment in the government of Lesotho, there is a data clearing house which monitor air pollutions. However, it is not accessible online, and there is no information about how one can access the data. I tried to phone the department, but no one was able to help me.
