Registration needed to access data. The home page states "Use and publication of data is allowed provided the source is acknowledged."

The first page is not a notice of (un)availability, rather an introductory message. Data is available in a form of a web application, where you are supposed to choose a public body and/or private company doing business with government. Examples: http://supervizor.kpk-rs.si/organ/16110/ gives a graph and list of all expenses by Ministry of finances. http://supervizor.kpk-rs.si/podj/25028022/ gives all income for Post of Slovenia received from public bodies. Companies also have listed owners, supervisors and directors. You can combine bodies and companies, eg. http://supervizor.kpk-rs.si/organ/12157/podj/25028022/ lists all expenditure from Information comissioner's office given to Post of Slovenia. Bulk data is available at: http://supervizor.kpk-rs.si/podatki/ All transactions above 2000€ are noted and dated (starting from 2003) with a summary log for the rest. There is an API available and official interface provided, which can list all the transactions, not limited to the abovementioned sum: https://github.com/Supervizor/supervizor-api

Each of the budget revisions are published as an Act and therefore available freely. Click on the links in the content of the page, to get to a page about each revision of a yearly budget. There, the first two links will be the budget in PDF and CSV format. Since 2013 the budget is also provided in CSV. There is also this official listing, which is much more user friendly and oriented more to the layman than the data scientist. However it's update times are staggering and it's only available in Slovenian. http://kazalci.arso.gov.si/?data=group&group_id=16

The site gives results for instance for the 2012 presidential election down to polling station level. However only PDF format is offered on the website at http://www.dvk-rs.si/index.php/si/strani/volisca-za-volitve-predsednika-rs-2012 The disclaimer on http://www.dvk-rs.si/index.php/si/pravno-obvestilo asserts that under Slovenian Law these results are not subject to Copyright and so can be reused freely.

The previous site eventually points to the Slovenian Official Gazette as at (for example) http://www.uradni-list.si/1/objava.jsp?urlid=200670&stevilka=2999 . This is in HTML and there is no download facility. The licensing conditions at http://www.uradni-list.si/0/legal include (article 14, Google Translate) "All rights to the home page and all subpages Site-official list.si reserved. The information and materials on this website are protected by intellectual property rights upravljavca.Informacije and materials displayed on the Site may be downloaded for your personal use, however, do not change copyright and other notices relating to intellectual property rights or other rights notices. It is permitted to download and print information and materials for viewing and reading for non-commercial purposes. Any other copying, distribution, reproduction, modification information and materials on this site or send them by mail or distribute in any other way without prior written permission is prohibited. Therefore this site is not Open, not machine readable and no bulk downloadable.
The legal registry at http://pisrs.si is newer and most of the sites at the original url redirect there. However, it is mostly a usability enhancement.

Data is available from Post of Slovenia, but is hidden in HTML format, not available in bulk and additional skills are needed to extract it. Geodetska uprava (Slovenian equivalent of UK Ordnance survey) resells bulk data with additional GIS information.

There are several time tables and web sites available. For long-distance buses in Slovenia, there's a from-to query interface at http://www.ap-ljubljana.si/ . Timetables for railways are available at Slovenian Railways home page, http://www.slo-zeleznice.si/sl/potniki/slovenija/vozni-redi - available are both as a from-to query and based on route ("Vozni redi po relacijah"). There's also an XML dump of bus routes, stations and arrivals available at http://www.jpp.si/Pregled/Register.jsp (but none for trains). Timetables for city bus routes in Ljubljana are available at http://www.lpp.si/javni-prevoz/vozni-redi-mestni-potniski-promet/vozni-redi-redni . There is also a query-style web service, displaying arrival time for city buses in Ljubljana http://bus.talktrack.com/

Geodetska uprava (Slovenian equivalent of UK Ordnance survey) takes care of maps and resells them. Bulk data is available against payment. Licensing and reuse is non-free and limited. An 1:1.000.000 topographic raster map is free of charge and free for reuse, if a source is mentioned: http://www.e-prostor.gov.si/?id=415 The list of all available maps can be found here: http://www.e-prostor.gov.si/si/dostop_do_podatkov/dostop_do_podatkov/

1:25.000 topographic maps are available for online use (but not download) through various free web viewers like the Atlas of environment and Geopedia.si .

Some other minor layers are also available free of charge (like the borders), especially environmental data at http://gis.arso.gov.si/wfs_web .

Only individual records can be used freely; bulk data is limited by a statement "Users can get only minor parts of the databases (qualitatively and / or quantitatively) and to the extent provided in the context of available web applications. All other forms of retransmission or enabling the use of third parties (eg, publication of the third-party server or user, reproduction in other documents, etc.). Expressly prohibited. This prohibition applies to all forms of use that goes beyond their own use.
