Zimbabwe 24% open

The government of Zimbabwe publish every December an estimation of expenditure for the next calendar year on the treasury website. No license was found.

Zimbabwe has a very comprehensive elections results report, yet it is not in a machine readable format. For more information see the Zimbabwe electoral commission website - http://www.zec.gov.zw/

National Railways of Zimbabwe is the parastatal railway of Zimbabwe.

Data is only available in PDF and there are separate PDFs for each individual line. It is unclear when this data was last updated

According to the Census and Statistics Act of 2007, Zimbabwean statistics is done by a corporate body - The Zimbabwe National Statistics Agency (ZIMSTAT). The agency suppose to provide quarterly surveys, yet it seems that they can not sustain such reports and that most of the data is out dated. Quarterly reports that do exist are in PDF format and do not give bulk information. There is a link to the African development bank portal, but I couldn't find the information there.

The Zimbabwean Parliament has a webpage with bills that are in discussion in this specific parliament, and not all the bills that exist. Bill statues are prepared by the Ministry of justice and are published on the website. It seems that it is not updated on a regular basis.

The website of the surveyor general of Zimbabwe indicates that such maps exists in hard and soft copy and that they can be purchased. However, it is not clear if the soft copy is machine readable and how updated the maps are.

The data is collected by the department of Deeds, companies and intellectual property of the Zimbabwean government (http://www.dcip.gov.zw/). There are forms on the site which can be downloaded for printing. There is also a project of Computerization which my indicate that the data is not in digital form.

While the missions statement of the ministry of environment shows that the office will create awareness to air pollution, no such data was found on the website.

According to wikipedia, there is not postcodes system in Zimbabwe. There is also no indication to it in the Zimbabwean post office website.

There are no indication for the existence of the data in the Zimbabwean government. Searches through the finance office website and the government portal didn't show any indication to such data.
